Kindly note that a minimum of 2 weeks from date of delivery is required for customization. Complex project will require a longer man-hours.

 

Please note that only bunting banner can be delivered via normal mail or registered mail. Handmade With Love is not liable for any parcels lost during normal mail. We are also unable to control the delivery speed as Singpost manages parcel delivery. Charges for normal mail will be at $1.50 per item while charges for registered mail will be at $2.50 per item.



For other bulky items or fragile items, handmade with love will deliver via courier. Each courier delivery is chargeable at $10 (island-wide Singapore). Additional charge of $2 will be place on top of regular courier pricing for deliveries to Sentosa island.



Self collection is also available at advised timings at Tampines MRT station or Bishan MRT station.

Bulk purchase discount will be advised through email.



An invoice will be sent to you once our genie has consolidated your order. Payment must be made via internet banking or bank transfer within 24hours after invoice is sent out. Customers who fail to do so will be blacklisted and will not be allowed for future purchases or rental. Please email your ibank nick or a snap shot of your bank transfer receipt after payment is done.



Confirmation email will be sent out once payment has been received and items will be delivered according to advised timing.



Deposit for rental items will be refunded when our genie collects the items back after your event.



Please note refundable deposit stated at every item.

Handmade With Love reserves the right to blacklist any dead orders or customers who fail to take care of rental items. Deposit will not be returned for any items that are broken or spoiled during rental. Rental items are rented out based on availability and hence may not be available on your preferred dates. So please book early to avoid disappointment.
